Leonardo DiCaprio starred as Howard Hughes in this 2014 epic biographical drama directed by Martin Scorsese. It was both an economic and critical triumph. However, there was a big blooper in the film that went unnoticed.

The character of Hughes was seen buying chocolate chip cookies in the movie. However, the original recipe was created by Ruth Wakefield in the late ’30s. The tasty combination of melted chocolate and crispy cookies made its debut in Wakefield’s cookbook in 193. That’s two years after the plot’s setting.
